Your email address; your country or language where known; and delivery events for the messages we send you (delivered, bounced, opened, clicked). The events exist to keep lists clean and to see which messages were useful. We never collect payment details, passwords or identity documents, and we never ask for them by email.
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or, where applicable, our legitimate interest in communicating with existing subscribers (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Withdrawing consent is as simple as unsubscribing and applies to all future messages.
We use an email-delivery service and a hosting provider, both bound by data-processing agreements. Where a processor is outside the EU/EEA, the transfer relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell or rent addresses.
For the duration of your subscription; afterwards a suppression entry so that we do not write to you again. Bounce and complaint records are kept for the same reason.
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability — by email to info@semprevolta.com. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live.
Every message has an unsubscribe link and supports one-click unsubscribe where the mail client offers it. The unsubscribe page works as well.
